Courses

Woodbrook Archery Club and Garden County Archery club hold ‘Entry to Archery courses’ every three weeks alternatively.These courses are held at Shoreline Leisure centre in Greystones. The courses run on a Wednesday evening at 7pm and at 8.30pm. The course consists of a six-week module, and covers all of the basic principles of archery. All equipment is provided for the duration of the course and advice is given to participants on the correct equipment suited to them individually, should they wish to take up the sport. An adult must accompany any child under 12 at all times. An adult must accompany all children for the first class. Course Fees include use of equipment. Woodbrook Archery Club also run advanced courses. These courses run for 14 weeks, and will equip you with the knowledge to bring your shooting to the next level. Requirements are, that you have completed a beginner course, have at least 6 arrows, and commit to the course for the duration. For information on this course, please contact us at the above link.
